My private cuisine, Szechwan cola chicken😋😋 different from the original cola chicken, I add many Szechwan spices which create a mixed flavor (hot, salty, and sweet). And it's quite friendly for the home kitchen.

My private cuisine, Szechwan cola chicken😋😋 different from the original cola chicken, I add many Szechwan spices which create a mixed flavor (hot, salty, and sweet). And it's quite friendly for the home kitchen.

1.chop chicken wings into two pieces(middle joint and root) and knife two rows on the both sides of the chicken

2. Put the chicken into the pot,add Szechwan pepper corn, 1 spoon cooking wine,ging6 slices and chopped leek, boil the chicken until it cooked

3. Remove the chicken, wash the chicken to clean the blood froth
- 4
4. Add plant oil, easy garlic, chili sauce, Szechwan pepper corn, dried red pepper and bay leaves into a wok, fry them until fragrant

5. Add chicken, stir fry it until the skin become golden
- 6
6. Add cola,2 spoons cooking wine,dark and light soy sauce over the chicken, cover the wok, stew for 10 min until all sauce is absorbed. Add salt before the finish.
