2 cupswarm milk (about 480 ml)
1egg white
1 tablespoonsugar
2 tablespoonsactive dry yeast
Salt
1/2 cupoil (about 120 ml)
All-purpose flour
Nigella seeds (also called black cumin or black seed)
For topping
Egg yolk, a little
Sesame seeds

Mix the milk, yeast, sugar, oil, and egg white together. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes. Then add salt and enough flour to make a soft, slightly sticky dough. Let the dough rise for a while. Place the dough in a greased baking pan, spread it out, and let it rise again.

Brush the top with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven until golden brown.
