Dry roast the peanuts till it turn golden brown let it cool for sometime and remove the skin

To a mixie jar add the roasted peanuts salt small onion dry red chilli little amount of water and grind it nicely to a smooth paste. transfer to a bowl and add water to your liking consistency,serve with rice flour roti,dosa or with chapati
