Masala gravy egg

My recipe is loves for my family, friends and relatives and they also inspired it. It's is special because its taste feel spicy,crunchy and good for health. My recipe unique because I used roasted ingredients than making it's powder. My mom also cooked for me.
It's yummy so you can also try it.

Steps

Remove the peel of eggs and potato. In a pan on the heat add oil and lightly fry to egg little be Brown. Than keep it aside. After that roasted coriander, cumin, Black pepper and make paste or powder it. In hot oil add bay leave, clove, cinnamon for 1mint.than add onions and lightly browny fry

After than onions looks lightly brown colours than add Ginger garlic paste and add all rosted ingredients paste or powder and mixed well. After add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt and some add water. Cooked it for 15-20mint with coverded.

After that cooked well than add boil potato and egg and mixed well and cooked for 10-15 mints. Be careful to all gravy will not shoked. So as your choice to how many gravy you want, than off the flame and keep it for decorating with fresh coriander leave and serve it so tasty and yummy.
