Steps

In a bowl put flour yeast baking soda bakingpoda oil.

Now pour the coconut milk little by little until you get a hard dough and not very sotf

Knead then add 3tbls coconut milk and keep kneading until it becomes soft.

Keep it to rest for 10 minutes then roll and cut or make any shape you like cover and let them rise then fry them until you finish and keep the aside

Prepare sugar for coating them by putting the sugar and water and cardamon in a sufuria stir until you get thick syrup and if you touch it with your fingers you will see it foams a one strip while seperating your fingers

Now take a bigger sufuria and put the mitai and the syrup put on stove and flip them until they all coated with the syrup and the are dry put them in a big plate let them cool and enjoy them with tea
