Basic Homemade Chocolate Frosting

#cookpadindia
This is very much a basic recipe that's homemade. It is quite different from Chocolate Ganache or even for that matter Cocoa powder Ganache. So please don't get confused on that. This is basically a Chocolate Frosting that's done with melted Dark or Semi sweet Chocolate and Whipped Cream with some Powdered Sugar and Vanilla essence. That's it. Absolutely easy and can be made well ahead of baking your Cake. You can cover it well and refrigerate it until use. But do not let it exceed for hours together. At the most, you can prepare it 2-3 hours prior to baking. And decorate your Cakes as desired by you and your loved ones. Happy Cooking with Zee!
