12 slicesbread
1 cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cupmayonnaise optional
6 tablespoonsfontina cheese chunks
1/2 stickbutter

Add mayonnaise to the bread. Melt half the butter in a skillet. Add the cheese to the bread and the chunk of fontina in the middle. Assemble the sandwich. Then fry as many as you can fit in the skillet.

When they are done stack them and start the next batch. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!!
