Ingredients

Thirty minutes
4 people
  • 2 cupmix vegetables chopped( cauliflower, carrot, beans, peas)
  • 3onion chopped
  • 2tomatoes chopped
  • 2potatoes chopped in length
  • 1garlic paste
  • 1 tspginger chopped
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • 2 teaspooncoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 glassIndia gate classic basmati rice
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededPure ghee
  • pinchsaffron flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoonlemon juice
  • 2cloves
  • 1 inchcinnamon stick
  • 2cardamom
  • 2bay leaves

Steps

Thirty minutes
  1. 1

    Chopped all the vegetables in one inch length

    Boil rice separately, drain out the water and keep it aside

    Put pressure cooker, add pure ghee, crackle whole garam masala then add onion and cook then add garlic paste and chopped ginger add spices and cook for some time till it separates oil then add potatoes and other vegetables and cook it openly for five minutes add salt and garam masala then put layers of rice add some ghee and saffron flakes then put another layer of rice and repeat the same process and cover it with a plate and tighten it with dough for Dum.
