Steps

In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients, that is Self raising flour, corn flour, sugar and cocoa.

To a different container, mix the wet ingredients, water milk eggs and chocolate essence.

Create a hole at the middle of the dry ingredients mixture and add the wet ingredients slowly while stirring. Start for the center to outside while adding liquids when it becomes thick, to avoid formation of flour lumps.

At the end make sure the mixture is not too thick or too thin.

Ready to cook. Heat the pan at moderate heat and drop one spoon of oil- prepare the pan- and then drain it.

Pour the pancake mixture on the pan using models and create desired shapes.

Leave it to dry on the pan, until all bubbles have cleared.

Turn the other side to heat for about 1 minute.

Remove from pan.

Ready to serve!
