Stuffed cottage cheese in plum gravy

Wash and dressed the plum fruit. Make a fine puree by blending it in a blender. Strain it to get smooth puree.

Now in a pan heat 1 tsp oil. Saute ginger and garlic for 1-2 minutes.

Add onion powder and saute for 2 minutes on low flame.

Add the plum puree. Saute for 5 minutes.

Add red chilli powder, sugar and salt to taste. Stir well. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Fruit gravy is ready.

For stuffed cottage cheese - cut the cottage cheese pieces into cubes.

Now scoop out the centre of these pieces.

In a separate bowl mix the coarsely crushed mixed dry fruits and scooped out cottage cheese and pinch of salt.

Fill this mixture in the hollow of the cottage cheese cubes.

On tawa spread little oil and grill these pieces.

Arrange the roasted cashew halves on the stuffed cottage cheese pieces which are grilled.

In a serving plate pour the gravy. Place the stuffed cottage cheese cubes and garnish with plum slices
