In a bowl add flour,salt, sugar, yeast. Mix well. Add egg. Mix. Add 1/2 cup of lukewarm water and make dough. Add 1 tbsp oil. Mix. Brush little bit oil and keep aside covered with lid for 2 hours.

Heat rest of oil and butter to a pan. Add cumin seeds. Add chicken. Add salt. Saute. Add ginger garlic paste. Add red chilli powder and saute for 6 minutes in low and medium flame.

Add onion and after 2 minutes add 1 tbsp flour. Mix. Add milk. Cook for 1 minute. Keep aside to cool. Add red chilli flakes and oregano.

Using dry flour make small balls of dough and fill with chicken. And put on baking tray.

Brush egg on top. Sprinkle seasom seeds. Pre heat oven and bake in 180°© in convection mode for 25 minutes.

Brush butter on top and cover with wet cloth for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
