Chicken momo soup
Steps

Boil chicken with 1.5 glassed of water for 5 minutes. Keep aside. After cooling shred chicken pieces. In a bowl add flour,1/2 tbsp oil,salt. Mix. Adding water make soft dough.

Add 1 tbsp oil to pan. Add 1/2 tbsp garlic and 1/2 tbsp ginger and saute for 40 seconds. Add 1 chopped onion and saute for 1 minute. Add chicken,salt,pepper powder. Saute for 2 minutes. Keep aside. This is stuffing.

Take small portion from flour dough and roll on and stuff with stuffing and give momo shape.

In a pan add butter and add ginger garlic. Saute for 30 seconds. Add 1 chopped onion. Saute for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups chicken stock and 2 cups of water. Add cornflour to 1/2 cup of water and mix well. Add to pan. Let it come to boil.

Add momos. Add soya sauce and tomato sauce. Add Schezwan sauce. Boil for 10 to 12 minutes. Serve hot.
