The first step is to wash and chop and peel the vegetables one by one

Now chop onion and grate the garlic
- 3
Chop the tomato

Now heat oil in a kadai and add the onion
- 5
Fry it for 1-2 min on low flame and add grated garlic
- 6
After 1 min add potato and chopped tomato
- 7
Add carrots and peas as well

Add the spices and Fry it well for 5-8 mins on low flame till the vegetables turns soft and is properly fried

After 8 mins add water cook it for around 10 mins and cook it on low flame also stir it in between and add water in little amount in between

After the oil sperates take it down and Serve it hot with chapati
