Cheesy Mayo Pasta

It's an easy recipe and kids would definitely love it.
Steps

Boil pasta with water, by adding some salt and a tsp oil. Then strain it and keep the water aside. After straining, pour a cup of normal water over the pastas, so that it doesn't gets sticky or lumpy. Keep it aside.

Now heat a kadai and add a tbsp of oil. Then add chopped garlic. Fry it for few seconds then add chopped onion, chopped capsicum and corn. I have boiled corn along with pastas so had added them later onn with pasta but if you have boiled corn kernels seperately, then add them at this stage. Saute everything for about 2 mins. Donot over cook them.

Then add pepper powder, salt, sugar, chilli flakes, mixed herbs/oregano flakes. Saute them with veggies for a while. Then add 1/4th cup of leftover boiled pasta water to it. Mix everything well.

Then add mayo to it and mix everything well again. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps in it.

Now add boiled pastas to it. Add some salt, if required, some shredded mozzarella cheese and mix everything well.

Toss them for about a minute. Then garnish it with some more shredded mozzarella cheese, chilli flakes and mixed herbs & serve hot..
