Wash & grate kaddu drop it in cold water then squeeze all the water well while using to cook.

Now pick a non-stick wok pop in ghee then add the grated & squeezed kaddu and fry till the raw vegetable smell disappears then add sugar & milk keep stirring in intervals simmer it & let it cook till kaddu is soften

Now add the cardamom powder, mawa, green food color and cook till the milk is soaked in halwa & ghee separates then off the flame burner & let it cool down to room temperature.

Then pop in a serving plate or dish then garnish it with roughly chopped pistachios & cashews lastly with silver paper (varq) enjoy it warm taste is awesome.
