Soak figs in water for 2 hours or microwave them for 3-5 minutes. Once it softens then just blend figs pulse it two times don’t make paste let the chunks be there look good in this sweet.

Next, take a pan add ghee and set on simmer flame further add semolina and fry till its aroma comes around then add cardamom powder, fig roughly blend paste, sugar and little milk like half cup dipped with saffron strands.

Keep stirring on low flame to avoid lumps once everything is done cover the lid & set it on low flame for five minutes if required add some water or milk for semolina to cook to avoid sticking to the pan.

Once it is nice & thick, and ghee separates from the halwa then garnish it with cashews or almonds & enjoy it.
