Ingredients

  • 1 canpeas(boiled)
  • Vegetable cooking oil
  • tbsTomatoes paste
  • tbsBlack pepper
  • tbsCumin power
  • Large onion
  • 1/2Meat
  • 4potatoes
  • 3ripe tomatoes
  • 1/2Meat
  • Carrot
  • Ginger
  • Clovegarlic

    In a sufuria, heat some vegetable oil and add the onions and garlic. Add the black pepper, cumin powder to cook together

  2. 2

    Once the onions have softened, add meat, tomatoes and tomatoes paste. Add 1/4 cup of hot water and let this simmer for about 4 minutes. Then add the carrots and the beef cubes Then, let these simmer for about 4 minutes. Then add your potatoes

  3. 3

    Add peas and then cover let them simmer for about 5min,add pinch of salt for taste, when soup is tender and potatoes are well cooked.... Serve with rice, chapati or mukimo
