Chop carrot, onion and capsicum

Boil Hakka noodles in 6 cups of boiling water and boil it for 5 mins.

Drain the water and rinse noodles under running water.

Keep the noodles in a bowl of water so the noodles do nt stick

Heat oil in a large wok on high flame

Add spring onion and onion and fry for 30 seconds.

Next add carrots and saute for 30 seconds and then capsicum and saute

Now add noodles and sprinkle salt. Then pour soya sauce, chilli sauce (optional) and vinegar

Toss all the ingredients well and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add black pepper. Taste salt and add more if needed acc to taste

Hakka noodles are ready to serve.
