  1. 1 kgMooli cut into sliced
  2. 2 cupMooli ke patty chopped
  3. 1 cuppalak patty chopped
  4. 4Green Chillies chopped
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. Halftbsp Turmeric Powder
  7. 1 tspCrushed red chilli
  8. 6garlic cloves chopped
  9. halfcup Oil
  10. Mooli ke patty
  11. 2 cupMooli ke patty chopped
  12. 3garlic cloves chopped
  13. 1/4 tspcrushed Chilli
  14. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  15. Salt as per taste
  16. 1/2 cupoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and Scrap the radish and then chop the root and leaves along with the stems and palak leaves(boil it)

    Heat oil in a pan and add garlic,few cumin seeds

    Now add turmeric and boiled radish,mix and saute for a minute.
    Add salt chilli red chilli mix and cook on medium flame for 1 hour

    Serve hot with chapati,rice or makai ki roti

    Change hoty he add all spices with leaves achy say fry karain jab tak ye crispy na ho jain.
