Mix maida, ginger garlic paste, salt, degi mirch and water in a bowl to make a smooth batter.

In a different bowl, add maida and water to a slurry.

Coat the mushrooms in the batter.

Next dip it in the maida slurry. Coat it with breadcrumbs and deep fry.

Serve it hot with the sauce of choice.
