Wash & pat dry green chillies. If you want to remove inner seed..then slit from lower part toward stem part and gently scrap out seed part. I kept as it.

In mixing bowl add besan,rice flour,red chilli powder,salt. Mix well add enough water to make smooth pakoras batter. At time of making pakoras add soda bi carb.

Dip each small whole green chillies in besan batter and drop gently into hot oil, few at a time.

Deep fry on medium flame till crispy golden brown. Similarly prepare all pakoras.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Green Chilli Pakoras with Mint- Coriander Chutney.
