Steps

Firstly cut the mushrooms into half and then wash it and strain the water.

Then Boil mushrooms and peas for 10-15 minutes.

Add oil in a pan then add onions smooth paste and saute till its colour changed to golden brown.

Then add ginger, tomatoes paste and chopped green chillies and saute or 10 minutes.

Then add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper and mix it well and saute for 2 minutes and add 3 tbsp of water.

Add fresh malai and mix well.

Add boiled mushrooms and matar (peas) and add 2 tbsp of water and mix well and turn the gas on low medium flame.

Serve hot with chapati, naan, parantha
