Steps

Saute fox nut and cashews in butter till crisp.

Add 1/2 spoon of oil and fry the chopped onion,garlic and ginger and tomatoes.Add 1/2 spoon of cumin. Coarsely grind this mixture.

Take oil in a wok, heat it and add bay leaves,cloves and green cardamom.when crackle add the onion paste and fry it until golden.

When the paste leaves oil add cream and saute.Then add fried cashews and foxnuts to this paste.saute for a while.Add water to make a thick gravy.Boil it until done.Add crushed kasoori methi and garam masala to give it a rich aroma.Serve hot with lachcha paratha or a tandoori roti.
