Steps

Wash and soak sago for 3,4 hours

In a mixing bowl add sago Now add mesh potatoes

Now add all dry masala,lime juice & dry fruits, spinach mix well

Now make medium size balls,heat appam pan grees with pure ghee with the help of brush.

Cook appam on medium to low flame,flip and check after some time cook it brush little bit ghee.serve with green chutney.
