Cut all vegetables in small pieces.

Heat oil in a frying pan.put potatoes and cauliflower first add salt and turmeric powder. cook for 5 minutes.

Then add other vegetables and turmeric powder and chilli powder and chopped tomatoes.

Then cook for 5 minutes and put warm water and cook for 10minutes. Garnish with green chillies and coriander leaves.
