Steps

Take all the vegetables listed in the ingredients. Wash them in running water and cut them into small pieces.

Add vegetables to a pressure cooker.

Pour 1 1/2 cups water. Ot should be just enough to cover them partially.

Let keep pressure cooker on medium flame till one or two whistles.

When the pressure releases, open the lid.

Veggies should br soft boiled mash them well

Heat 1 tbsp butter and oil in a pan.

Now Add chopped onions and salute them

Add ginger garlic paste.

Add tomatoes, salt. Frt till.tomatoes mushy, soft and pulpy

Now add chilli powder, turmeric powder and pav bhaji masala

Mix well and fry for 2 to 3 minutes

Add boiled and mash vegetables

Add 2/4 cup water to bring consistency

Mix well, when it reaches the desired consistency add chopped coriander leaves.

Switch off the gas you can add some lemon juice and chopped onion for serving.
