Always favorite of my hubby homemade matar cutlet
Steps

Boil the matar and potato

After that remove the peel of potatoes, mash the potato and crush the peas with 2 green chilli and ginger.

Mix unitedly mashed potatoes and crushed peas.

Roast the 2tsp besan

Add roasted besan, 1.5 tsp suji, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1 tsp amchoor, 1/2 jeera powder, red chilli powder and salt (according to taste) in mixer

Make the cylinder shape cutlet from mixer

Combine water and 3tsp cornflour in small bowl and make the slurry

Dip cutlet in slurry and wrap with breadcrumbs

Deep fry the wrapped cutlet in pan

Your delicious and yummy peas cutlet is ready, serve it with tomato ketchup and green chutney
