Ingredients

350-375 gm
  1. 1 cupflax seeds
  2. 1/2 cupwhite sesame seeds
  3. 1/2 cupblack sesame seeds
  4. 1/4 cupcarom seeds
  5. 1/4 cupdill seeds (Suva dana)
  6. 1 tbsppoppy seeds
  7. 1 tbspdry ginger powder
  8. 1 tbspcinnamon cardamom cloves powder
  9. 2 tbsplemon juice
  10. 5 tbspswater
  11. to taste salt
  12. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  13. 1/4 cupfennel seeds
  14. 2 tbspChopped dry betel leaves (optional)

Steps

25/30 minutes
  1. 1

    First in a cup add water,lemon juice,salt,turmeric.mix well.Take flax & all other seeds in a separate bowl.add lemon,turmeric water in each seeds bowl,mix well,put aside for 1 hour for absorb flavor & water.

    Add dry ginger powder & cinnamon,cardamom,cloves powder in all bowl,mix well.Now dry roast all seeds separately on low flame till crisp & crunchy.

    Remove in a plate,mix well.add roasted poppyseeds,dry chopped betel leaves.

    Now our healthy mouth freshener is ready,store in a airtight container & for better digestion take 1 tbsp after meal.
