Simple. Eggless choco chip cookies that are delicious and crisp on edges with soft texture in the centre. I have used whole wheat flour.

Steps

In bowl add soften butter and sugar. Whisk it just for 1-2 min. Cream until light and fluffy. Do not over beat. Butter begins to melt. Add vanilla extract and mix well

In another bowl add flour. Baking powder. And mix well. Add butter and sugar mix.

Add chocolate chip. And milk if required and knead a Dough. Cover with cling film and keep in refregrator for 15-20 min

Preheat oven. Divided the dough in 12 part and shape them to ball. Place 6-7 on baking tray and bake it for 10-15 min. Remove when the edges begin to turn slightly golden

The cookies will slightly soft in the centre but will go up after cooling. Cool completely on wire rack. Store them in a air tight jar and use up within 7 days
