Heat ghee in a pan and fry Makhana.Remove and keep aside

Heat oil.put the sliced onion and fry till golden brown.Remove half and keep aside.Put salt ginger garlic paste and cook.Add the dry masalas and sprinkle some water.Add half of the curd and mix.Add the green peas and Makhana and mix. Now add little water cover and cook..

Dry roast the ingredients in Masala and powder

Grind the fried onion, curd and cashew nuts to a smooth paste.Add this to the Pan and mix with the Makhana and peas. Add 1/2 a cup of water and cook covered for 3-4 mts..Add the ground masala and mix...Add fresh cream.Garnish with coriander leaves.
