Heat the pan add 1 teaspoon oil then add jeera ginger garlic cloves green chilli red chilli n fry it for 1/2 min

Then add tuvar dane n curry leaves coriander leaves n fry it till tuvar turns light golden brown

Cool the mixture then grind make a fine mixture then add salt turmeric coriander powder aset odia sauth garam masala lemon juice n mix it well your kachori masala is ready for filling

Take maida in a bowl add oil salt ajwain baking powder n make soft dough with the help of water allow it to rest for 15 min

After 15 min take a small ball of dough make a small thin chapati fill the mixture of kachori at center then cut from four sides like small strips then joined all the strips n make a ball press it n make a kachori

Add the oil into pan n heat the oil n fry kachori till golden brown at low flame

Shegaon kachori is ready serve it with green chilli n sauce
