Steps
- 1
First of all, whip Cream until stiff peaks are formed adding Powdered Sugar a little bit at a time. Fold in the Mango Puree. Mix and keep aside.
- 2
For the base, powder them in a food processor until done. Add melted Butter and press this mix onto a springform pan. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to set.
- 3
Spread the Mango Puree and Whipped Cream mix onto the base. Remember that this is no bake one. So it needs to be refrigerated until set for about 6-7 hours.
- 4
Last but not the least, add a little Sugar to about half a cup of thick Mango Puree. Heat it just until it becomes a bit shiny and glossy for 2 minutes. Add a teaspoon of Agar-Agar powder to it while heating. Don't forget that.
- 5
After done, spread it on the Mango Mousse Cake as the topmost layer. Smoothen it out nicely and refrigerate again for about 4 hours or until set. Slice and enjoy!
