Ingredients

20 minutes
2-4 servings
  • 2cucumbers (diced)
  • Green onion (diced)
  • 1 cuprice wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice to taste

  1. 1

    Chop up your cucumbers and green onions.

  2. 2

    Add them into a bowl together and add the rice wine vinegar with the lemon juice.

  3. 3

    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. 4

    Serve right away or cover and let rest in fridge before serving.
