Who doesn't love rice, especially when it's sweet and creamy? The egg yolk gives it a creamy texture and an excellent combination of flavors.

Bring the rice to a boil in the boiling water and let it cook halfway.

Mix the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, lemon peel, egg yolk, and cinnamon stick together.

Once the rice is halfway cooked and the water is absorbed, add the milk mixture, stir, reduce the heat, and let the rice finish cooking.

Serve sprinkled with ground cinnamon.

I like to eat it warm, but you can also serve it cold.
