Ingredients: 6 pork chops (neck); 1 kg potatoes, quartered; 2 onions cut into round slices; 4 cloves garlic coarsely cut; 3 peppers (one green, one red and one yellow) cut into rings; 2 tomatoes cut into thick slices; 1/4 cup muscat wine or semi-sweet or dry white; multi-colored pepper; oregano; salt; juice of 2 lemons; 3 tbsp mustard; 1 little olive oil; 200 g kefalotyri, diced (Greek traditional hard, salty, yellow cheese); 1 little water

6 servings

6pork chops (neck)
1 kgpotatoes, quartered
2onions cut into round slices
4 clovesgarlic coarsely cut
3peppers (one green, one red and one yellow) cut into rings
2tomatoes cut into thick slices
1/4 cupmuscat wine or semi-sweet or dry white
multi-colored pepper
oregano
salt
juice of 2 lemons
3 tbspmustard
1little olive oil
200 gkefalotyri, diced (Greek traditional hard, salty, yellow cheese)
1little water

Steps

Place all the ingredients except the lemon, the kefalotyri and the mustard in the casserole dish, preferably a terracotta one and mix.

Cover with the lid and bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 1 hour.

Then mix the mustard in the lemon juice and pour it over the food, add the kefalotyri, put the lid back on and bake for an additional half hour.

Turn off the heat and without opening the oven leave the casserole dish there for half an hour.

Your food is ready to serve.
