Take a pan put oil in it

Than add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and saute it

Now add potato cubes and fry it

Now add all dried spices in it bhunofy well

Now add tomato paste in it and bhunofy well

Now cover with lid for few min

Remove lid and check potatoes are done than add palak cut in small size

Mix well and bhunofy for 5 min

After 5 min low the flame and leave for oil sepearte

When oil separates its ready to serve with chapati or boil rice
