  1. Freezer crust
  2. 6eggs
  3. 8 ozfrozen creamed spinach, thawed and drained
  4. 4 slicesbacon, crumbled
  5. 1/4 cupplain yogurt
  6. Artichoke hearts, diced
  7. Salt and pepper
  8. 1 cshredded cheese, halved

Cooking Instructions

    Using only half of the cheese, mix all ingredients to combine, and add to pie shell.

    Top quiche with remaining half of cheese.

    Cook at 350°F for 45-60 min or until firm throughout.
