Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  • 2shrimp tortillas (I used frozen)
  • Sweet and spicy sauce
  • 1 pieceavocado
  • Salt and pepper
  • Ginger
  • Lemon
  • 1 pinchoil
  • 1small can baby eels (surimi-style, such as 'gulas')
  • 4large shrimp
  • Wakame seaweed
  • Mixed lettuce for garnish

    First, fry the shrimp tortillas. Don’t fry them too much, or they’ll be too stiff to fold like a taco.

    Generously spread the sweet and spicy sauce on top. In a bowl, mash the avocado with salt, pepper, ginger, lemon, and oil (you can substitute with store-bought guacamole). Spread this mixture on top. Sauté the baby eels and add them on top.

    Grill the shrimp with a pinch of salt, then add them on top. Finally, add the wakame. Garnish with mixed lettuce in the center and you’re done! Eat it like a taco. Quick, easy, and super delicious. Hope you like it! Please try it—it's really, really good.
