For the preparation of dough, mix all the above ingredients and knead the dough. Add water according to your requirement. Let it rise for one hour.

For chicken filling, in a pan heat butter and then sauce onion. Next add maida and stir it. Then add milk gradually and keep stirring until you observe a saucy appearance. Place the bun in a greased pan. Bake at 180°C for half an hour
