  • 2 mediumOnion
  • 1 mediumTomato
  • 2 tbspyogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbspRed chilli
  • 1/2 tspHaldi
  • 2 tbspGaram masala
  • 3 glassWater
  • 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • For coating
  • 3eggs
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour to sprinkle

  1. 1

    Add mutton chops,spices,water,onion tomato and yogurt

    Cook until the meat tenders

    Then take out the mutton chops now sprinke cornflour and keep it in the refrigerator for 15 min

    Now coat the chops with egg and fry
