  • 2 cupa6p flour
  • 6 tbspgram flour (baisen)
  • 4 tbspsemolina(sooji)
  • 2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1and 1/2 cup ghee
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1egg yolk for brushing

Steps

    First of all mix ghee and sugar and beat until fluffy

  2. 2

    Now add dry ingredients and mix nicely

  3. 3

    Now set parchment pepper and make small balls and make shape of cookie and brush some egg yolk

  4. 4

    Now preheat pateela for 10 minutes and bake it

  5. 5

    About 20 t0 25 min it is bake nicely

  6. 6
