Chicken Yakisoba a la Mel

Ingredients

30-40 minutes
4-6 people
  1. 3 packsYakisoba Noodles
  2. 1 packboneless, skinless, Chicken Thighs
  3. 1large Sweet Onion sliced and 1 small or large Red Onion sliced
  4. 2-3 bagsor trimmed Sugar Snap Peas
  5. 1 packSwiss Chard
  6. For marinading chicken or beef
  7. 1-2 tbspsSugar
  8. SplashSoy sauce perhaps about 4-5 tbsps
  9. 1-2 tbspOlive Oil
  10. 1 inchfinely sliced Ginger

Cooking Instructions

30-40 minutes

    First make the marinade and leave it for half an hour or an hour in the fridge.

    Fry the chicken together with the marinade until cooked and browned.

  3. 3

    Then add the sliced Onions and carrots in either medium or high heat. Either cook the Onions half way through or until translucent.

    Add the Yakisoba Noodles, cooked in medium heat and stirring occasionally.

  5. 5

    When noodles are softer and cooked add the Sugar Snaps and the Swiss chard’s.

    Then garnish with freshly chopped spring onions.

    Myself, I add on my plate half an avocado lol and on top of the noodles some Crispy Prawn Chilli 😉😁😋.
