Yakisoba Flavored Toast

We always have leftover yakisoba sauce granules after making yakisoba. I thought up a delicious way to use them up so that they don't go to waste.

Beni-shouga red pickled ginger is spicy, so use them on toast for adults. If you're making this for children, I think you should leave it out (I don't add it to my son's toast).
The richness of the of the yakisoba sauce granules will vary by brand , so please adjust the amount of granules and mayonnaise accordingly. Recipe by Dorayuuku
