Burger veggie soup
A hot Winter treat with simple ingredients on hand

Brown ground beef in bacon fat. Drain and set aside

In soup pan add red pepper, olive oil and over medium heat saute 1st carrots, then celery, then add onion and butter. Cook until carrots are tender
- 3
Add potatoes, all tomatoes, broth, stock, crushed garlic, bay leaf and remaining seasoning. Cook stirring occasionally over medium heat until potatoes are tender.

Add beef, corn and beans (drain both) and adjust S&P. Simmer 15 minutes before serving
