Firstly roast the peanut on medium flame, peel off and crush in a mixer jar

Now seive it in a bowl and keep it aside

Now roast the sesame seeds,crush it and mix the peanut and sesame seeds mixture

Now heat a ghee in a pan and add jaggery in it don't process on high flame now add the mixture and switch off the flames instantly we heat jaggery just for melt it not much more

Mix it well and transfer it in a another utensils and Grease your hand with Lil ghee and make Ladoo of your desire size and sprinkle whole sesame seeds on ladoo and garnish with pistachios.
