First wash the mooli well and grated it with the help of grater.then add about 1 tsp salt and mix well leave it for 10 minutes.then squeeze all the water very well.now add green chillies, chopped coriander and cumin powder.keep aside.

In a mixing bowl add flour add salt and 2 tbsp oil mix all together then add required water and knead it to make a soft dough.cover it and leave it for ten minutes.

Make medium size balls from the dough.take two balls press with hand fill the mooli mixture in middle of one ball then cover with others.press lightly and roll it on rolling board carefully.

Heat the tawa cook the paratha both side by adding little oil until it turns crispy and golden light brown.
