Ingredients

  1. 1 BowlSemolina
  2. 1/2 BowlSugar
  3. 1/4 BowlCurd
  4. 1/4 BowlMilk
  5. 1/4 BowlOil
  6. 3 TbspMilk
  7. 1/2 TspBaking Powder
  8. 1/4 TspBaking Soda
  9. 4-5 TbspTutti-Frutti

Cooking Instructions

25-30 Minutes
  1. 1

    Collect all ingredients. Take a bowl add curd, milk and sugar. Mix it till sugar dissolve. Then add oil and mix again.

    Then add semolina and mix it well. Cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes add 3 tbsp milk and mix it.

    Add baking powder and baking soda. Mix it well. Take appe pan and grease it with oil.

    Pour the batter into each cavities. Spread some tutti-frutti on top. Cover it and cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame. Mini Cake is ready now. Transfer into a plate.
