Easy Tomato Salsa Dip Easy Tomato Salsa Dip
I've always loved fresh tomatoes. I used half ripe ones that gave the salsa a tangy sweet taste (& the greenish yellow parts also make it colorful). So ditch the canned ones and see the difference! 😊Add more chilies to your desired HOT🔥ness. SpottedByD -

Garlic Feta Cheese Spread & Dip Garlic Feta Cheese Spread & Dip
My ISP was down for over 4 hours last night. No internet, phone, TV, or digital library access. So I turned to another favorite addiction, Garlic Feta Cheese Spread! I have NO willpower whatsoever when this is in my fridge. Seriously. I once begged my brother to hurry over and take some home with him because I was about to eat the whole batch. He was happy to oblige. Maggie Conlon -
Spicy feta cheese dip (tyrokafteri) Spicy feta cheese dip (tyrokafteri)
Hey there! I have been busy because the Children’s workshop is coming up next week, and so I have been preparing a few other things to talk about besides just cooking the food and feeding them. 🙂 My friend asked me if I was willing to translate a few words from English to Greek for the children, and I thought that was so sweet. 🙂 Some of the words are Mom, Dad, Thank you, Grandfather, Grandmother, Please, Hello and few more…they will actually have them written on Index cards so that the children will be able to pronounce the words along with me. 🙂 I think this is an amazing experience and very glad to be a part of it. 🙂I am sure you, your friends and family will love this dip! This is my absolute favorite, I think I can say in all honesty that I love this even more than the Greek Roe Fish Dip. I chose a milder pepper for this dip because up and until Tuesday we were having major heatwaves here so I didn’t want to make it super hot.I don’t usually find a milder pepper in the market, so this actually was quite a surprise because the dip had just the right balance that I wanted between the cheese and the pepper. 🙂 Now, if you want to go super hot go for it 🙂 3 simple ingredients make an amazing dip, if you do try this recipe let me know if you liked it!! Basic Tomato Bruschetta Dip Basic Tomato Bruschetta Dip
Ever find your basic tomato bruschetta getting a little unwieldy to eat, what with all those little pieces of tomato falling off everywhere? I did, so I started making a dip of it instead.Finely mince a large beefsteak tomato and put it in a bowl, grate a small garlic clove into the bowl, season to taste with salt, add some finely chopped fresh basil, and add a good glug or two of olive oil.You still get all that yummy flavor, and breaking off pieces of bruschetta and dipping it into the mixture softens those stabby crust edges. You can easily double this recipe. x -

Tzatziki dip Tzatziki dip
Tzatziki dip....classic Greek appetizer...there was a time when I was obsessed with Greek food...specially the dips...Everytime we went out I would insist on going to a restaurant which served authentic Greek food so that I could order a meze platter...but then I decided to make it at home so I could enjoy it whenever I wanted...and one of those dips is this easy to make and healthy tzatziki sauce or dip...it can be made in advance and is a perfect condiment for burgers or as a dip for pita bread or veggies...This is my contribution to #CookClick Sumeet Kaur (Recipes and more by Sumi)
