Marinated Grilled Leek

I made this because I harvested some leeks. We often make this dish in our house.
There may be soil under the layers of the leeks, so wash it well. This dish is nice seasoned with coarsely ground pepper. I like sour tasting food, so I add a lot of vinegar; adjust the amount to suit your taste. Recipe by KT121

Combine the ingredients marked with a ●. Wash the leek, and cut the white part into lengths of 3-4 cm.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and lightly stir-fry the surface of the leek.

Add 100 ml of water, put the lid on, and steam for 10-15 minutes until soft.

Drain the water, remove the leek from the pan, and marinate (for up to a few hours) in the ● sauce. Enjoy at room temperature.
