Button Mushroom Tapas

I love this dish served in Spanish bars, so I tried making it myself.
Fry them in a large amount of oil. Tilt the frying pan to scoop the oil and drizzle it over the mushrooms. Be careful of spattering oil!
Since the cured ham is already salted, you only need to add a small amount to season. Recipe by Mayugari-ta

Steps
- 1
Mince the cured ham, garlic, and parsley. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 2
Remove the stems from the mushrooms. Stuff the ingredients from Step 1 into the mushrooms.
- 3
Heat a large amount of olive oil in a frying pan. Place the mushrooms from Step 2 into the frying pan with the filling side up. Continuously scoop the oil and pour it over the mushrooms as they fry. (Don't flip them over.)
- 4
You can also fry the stems at the same time, so they're not wasted.
